Laura Ingraham was born Laura Anne Ingraham on June 19, 1963, in Glastonbury, Connecticut, U.S. to James Frederick Ingraham III and mother, Anne Caroline. She has Polish, Irish, and English heritage.  

She is 5 feet 6 inches (168 cm) tall and 56 years old as of January 2020.   

She went to Dartmouth College, where she graduated with a B.A degree in 1985. Then in 1991, she graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law with a Juris Doctor.
