Former American Idol and The Voice judge, Kelly Clarkson, has once again listed her Nashville, Tennessee house for sale. The 37-year-old singer has put the house in the market for $7.5 million.
The 20,121-square-foot house that sits on four acres was built in 2007, and the singer had purchased it in 2012 for $2.86 million. The Texas-native singer had listed the house back in 2017 for $8.75 million.
The mansion features seven bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms. The property additionally features a sand volleyball court, cowboy-style bar, gym, indoor theater, outdoor cabana, pool, and a lift for two boats on the lake it faces.
Additionally, it features a well-equipped kitchen that leads to the family room and a cozy breakfast area. Abundant windows in every room give sublime views of the lake and woods surrounding the house.
There is a large playroom for children, a media room for cartoon marathons, a bunk room with two sets of beds and game tables, and an expansive backyard space with playgrounds galore.
Around a year after Clarkson initially listed the mansion, she reportedly splurged a whopping $8.75 million on a mansion in Los Angeles. The estate is relatively smaller than her Tennessee property, sits at 10,000-square-foot and has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Clarkson shifted to the LA mansion shortly after she purchased it. Talking with USA Today, Clarkson told,
Everyone we know is still shocked. First of all, who uses your fricking formal living room anyway? And I was spending so much damn time on it. But it’s real cute now. And my closet has been a total turd. But I love decorating, honestly. So I don’t mind moving. I love a fresh start.
Married to Brandon Blackstock since 2013, Kelly Clarkson is a mother of two children; River Rose Blackstock, Remington Alexander Blackstock. She is also a stepmother to two older children.
